Memory Care is a residential option for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. These communities offer around-the-clock support in a secure and structured environment, helping reduce confusion, prevent wandering and maintain a strong quality of life.
At Goodwin House Alexandria, our Memory Care neighborhood is called Stonebrook. Known for its homey feel and close-knit community, Stonebrook is where residents are encouraged to embrace their abilities and enjoy each day fully. Every resident receives personalized support from a well-trained team that understands their needs and celebrates their strengths.

Our Memory Care team builds strong relationships with each resident, learning their routine and tailoring each day to them. Support when it matters most
Limited openings in Stonebrook are available first to current Goodwin Living residents and then to individuals from the greater community. We accept most long-term care insurance policies and can guide you through understanding what your coverage may include.
Rates for memory care begin at $369 per day. This includes housing, meals, medication management and personal care. For individuals coming from outside the community, Stonebrook is offered as a rental contract with no entrance or campus fee.
