Our Dominion neighborhood offers contemporary one- and two-bedroom apartments perfect for couples. The Richmond neighborhood provides cozy studio and one-bedroom options.

At Goodwin House Alexandria, we offer lifecare contracts for those who qualify. These plans offer financial stability by keeping monthly fees predictable, even as care needs change.
Residents are guaranteed access to higher levels of living if needed. Not yet a resident? We offer a rental option for those entering Assisted Living directly from outside our Goodwin House Alexandria campus.
Assisted Living fees start at $9,554 per month, including housing, meals, medication management and personal care. Rental contracts require only a one-month security deposit, with no entrance or campus fees.
